Dramatically flared radius arms are hand-upholstered in the USA. Poly-foam padding provides soft support while allowing such sleek shaping. Single needle French seams outline the different elements making them "pop" just that much more. Notice the seams that start on the outside front of the arms and are carried all across the front of the pad-over-chaise bucket seats. The same seams are used in the double bustle backs, hinting at automotive influences.
